What 11 Arbolus experts think of Mendeley
NPS scores are exceptionally high, with most respondents giving 8–10 and citing unmatched reliability as a core differentiator. The majority express strong renewal intent or long-term use, with only a single instance of low NPS among newer users. Stickiness is evident in the extended implementation periods, and the core expert feedback highlights robust citation accuracy, local document handling, and seamless integration with the Microsoft ecosystem. Minimal negative sentiment is noted and mostly centers on user interface or flexibility. Overall Customer Sentiment: Positive
