What 17 Arbolus experts think of Rossum, Ltd.

Across 16 NPS responses, the mean score is 7.4/10; 25% are promoters, 50% passives, and 25% detractors, yielding an NPS of 0. All six respondents with a stated renewal intention report that they expect to renew; renewal intent is missing for the other ten, so this is not a full-sample rate. Implementation is established for 8/16 respondents, under one year for 5/16, in pilot for 2/16, and uncertain for 1/16. Qualitative feedback highlights accuracy, reduced manual entry, and flexible document handling, balanced by manual review for unusual documents, integration work, and workflow configuration. These mixed findings support a measured view rather than uniformly positive sentiment.Overall Customer Sentiment: Neutral

What customers say

Automation of repetitive document work
“I use the system to reduce repetitive manual work on invoices and business documents. It extracts fields and moves structured information toward the next step, which helps me avoid retyping everything and get documents into my workflows more quickly. I find that useful when processing recurring document types and feeding information into finance or other automation. Some extracted data still needs review, so the benefit is not that all human work disappears; it is that routine capture and transfer can be automated to a meaningful extent.”
Template-free capture for changing documents
“I value the platform’s ability to extract information from documents without depending on a separate template for every layout. In my experience, that is useful when transactional documents arrive from different sources and formats. I can use the extracted information in downstream processes, while a human-in-the-loop process supports validation where needed. This combination makes the tool relevant to document-heavy operations that would otherwise involve manual parsing and data entry. It is not a complete substitute for review in every situation, but the flexibility of the capture approach is a meaningful strength for the workflows I described.”
Accuracy and usability
“I see value in the accuracy of the AI extraction, the user experience, and the ability to handle different document layouts. The validation process also gives users a way to review information rather than treating every extraction as final. For teams processing substantial invoice or semi-structured document volumes, reducing manual data entry and moving information through processing more efficiently are useful outcomes. I would still assess performance against our own documents because unusual cases can need manual intervention, but the strengths make the system worth evaluating for document-intensive workflows.”
